ll the services provided by Acton Homeless Concern are free. As well as hot food and a warm place to sit, we can offer advocacy and advice on different areas that people in need suffering homelessness or poverty may be experiencing. Showers, haircuts, clothing and household items available.

This service is for young people aged 16 – 25. Services provided by Alone in London include, Assessment and Advice, Mind Connect, Family Mediation, Training and Employment, Future Connect and in some cases Emergency Night Stop. Visitors are offered an initial assessment/advice session with a member of the advice team and offered a confidential space to discuss your needs. Call to book an appointment before visiting.

We are open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Unfortunately, we don’t have direct access to accommodation. But we can explain to young people what their housing rights are, signpost them to services in their area that can support them and help them develop a plan of their next steps.

The NEWway Project day centre offers guests showers, laundry services, hot and cold food, clothes and toiletries, baking and cooking sessions, weekly reflections, woodwork and gardening days, fun outings and simply a community to be with. They also have a range of services, including housing advice, benefits advice, debt advice and general advocacy advice. Also offer guests support from partners who can be accessed through NEWday including dental, physical and mental health services, addiction services, immigration advice, education, training and employment organisations and more.
Day services are open between 7:30am & 2.30pm weekdays. Wednesday is a women-only service.
