Acton Homeless Concern

Monday: 7am-2:30pm; Tuesday-Friday: 8am-2:30pm; ll the services provided by Acton Homeless Concern are free. As well as hot food and a warm place to sit, we can offer advocacy and advice on different areas that people in need suffering homelessness or poverty may be experiencing. Alone in London (Depaul)

This service is for young people aged 16 – 25. Services provided by Alone in London include, Assessment and Advice, Mind Connect, Family Mediation, Training and Employment, Future Connect and in some cases Emergency Night Stop. Visitors are offered an initial assessment/advice session with a member of the advice team and offered a confidential space to discuss your needs. Call to book an appointment before visiting. Centrepoint

A Freephone helpline available providing housing advice plus advice via email and live chat (website) for young people 25 and under across England. We are open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm Unfortunately, we don’t have direct access to accommodation. But we can explain to young people what their housing rights are, signpost them to services in their area that can support them and help them develop a plan of their next steps. CODES: AH, AD, A, C

Monday-Friday: 10:30am-5pm; Pre-Covid-19 did HIV testing. Still offers Practical and emotional support and advice by HELPLINE (020 7791 2855) for people living with or affected by HIV in E London. They address not only users' immediate needs, but also the underlying issues and causes of their homelessness and exclusion. As well as housing, they provide life-changing support including employment training, advice, addiction services and health and wellbeing activities.
