Monday-Friday: 9am-3:30pm (needle exchange - closed 12.30–1.30pm); Monday: 10am-11:30am (men's group); Monday: 2pm-3pm (yoga); Tuesday: 9:30am-12:30pm (homeopathy); Tuesday: 11:30am-12:30pm (relaxation skills); Tuesday: 2pm-3:30pm (women's group); Wednesday: 11:30am-1pm (peer support, addictions); Thursday: 11am-1pm (art & wellbeing); Friday: 10am-11:30am (Breaking Free Online- computer assisted therapy); Friday: 10am-11:30am (self-harming support group); Monday: 1:30pm-3:30pm (mental health drop-in); Helps people of all backgrounds to an independent and fulfilled life away from homelessness & exclusion. They address not only users' immediate needs, but also the underlying issues and causes of their homelessness and exclusion. Most of their facilities are step-free. Services in Romanian and Polish. At the day centre you can get a hot drink, breakfast and lunch, a shower as well as access to the internet and phone charging facilities. Remar UK

Wednesday: 7:30pm-8:30pm (William IV St, Strand - hot drinks, biscuits and sandwiches); Offers assistance for free to disadvantaged people and individuals suffering from drug or alcoholic addiction. Remar aims to: Take people off the street; Assist people in coming off drugs or other addictions; Provide practical help and an environment where they can recover, gain their dignity and self-esteem back; Guide recovering addicts back to independence. Streetlytes

Monday: 6pm-9pm (drop-in, St Stephen’s Church, 1 Coverdale Rd, W12 8JJ); Free hot meal, friendship and donated items. Open-access to anyone who is homeless or vulnerably housed, or who can't afford to pay for both food and housing. Every Monday, doors open at 5pm (dinner served at 6pm).
