Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm; Free and confidential service for young people and adults who live or are registered with a GP in Hillingdon and want to deal with their alcohol or drug difficulties, and associated emotional or mental health issues. Assessment and tailored recovery plans, detox, specialist treatment, advice and info, one-to-one and group therapy, peer support, men's and women's groups, evening and weekend social drop-in and activities etc. Self refer by phone or ask your key worker to help you. Barnet Young People's Drug and Alcohol Service

Support for young people affected by drug or alcohol problems. Psychosocial Interventions to encourage behavioural change and emotional change, pharmacological treatment, one to one and group work. Bringing Unity Back Into the Community (BUBIC)

Community organisation set up by ex-drug users who work with drug users, ex-drug users, their family and friends in Haringey. Islington Young People's Drug and Alcohol Service (IYPDAS )

Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm; A free, confidential service which offers one-to-one counselling, advice and information for drug and alcohol issues to young people in Islington up to the age of 21. Also offers group work, staff training and drug education, all free of charge. Please ring 0207 5275099 for more information or to make an appointment. Lifeline Basis Substance Misuse Service

Monday-Friday: 9am-4:30pm (later by appointment); A unique, free and confidential substance misuse service in Greenwich. They work with those using cannabis; cocaine and party drugs; new psychoactive substances (NPS, formerly 'legal highs') and party drugs; steroids; alcohol (non-dependent); and 'chemsex'. Remar UK

Wednesday: 7:30pm-8:30pm (William IV St, Strand - hot drinks, biscuits and sandwiches); Offers assistance for free to disadvantaged people and individuals suffering from drug or alcoholic addiction. Remar aims to: Take people off the street; Assist people in coming off drugs or other addictions; Provide practical help and an environment where they can recover, gain their dignity and self-esteem back; Guide recovering addicts back to independence.
