This service is aimed at improving access to drug and alcohol treatment for people who sleep rough or are housed in a hostel or other temporary accommodation. The RhEST team at Phoenix Futures assertively engages with referrals through outreach and in-reach. It operates across all London boroughs. It delivers time-limited interventions that improve access to services. It will assess barriers to drug and alcohol treatment for each individual and collaborates with a range of agencies to improve outcomes.
