Acton Homeless Concern

Monday: 7am-2:30pm; Tuesday-Friday: 8am-2:30pm; ll the services provided by Acton Homeless Concern are free. As well as hot food and a warm place to sit, we can offer advocacy and advice on different areas that people in need suffering homelessness or poverty may be experiencing. Our vision is to join communities together by bridging the gap between the crisis someone finds themselves in and the journey towards a place to call home. Casework support around housing, benefits, immigration, Health & Wellbeing Ladies group, sit in breakfast, (To be booked in advance). Streets2Homes

Monday-Friday: 8:45am-2pm (day centre - breakfast from 8.45); Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm (appointments); Social contact and access to housing and employment advice, health services, food & clothing, and general guidance. Links with a wide range of agencies and organisations to access appropriate help. The day centre provides shower facilities, clean clothes, food etc. as well as advice, support and practical help. Trinity Homeless Support Cafe (SW17)

Monday: 2pm-4pm Hot Food; Drop-in and advice for rough sleepers. Hot food Mondays, 2-4pm. On Mondays we host with Western Lodge a support café for those who are homeless or in danger of homelessness. Our weekly drop-in service will help individuals with support in housing and winter night shelters. The drop-in will also help you with universal credit applications, health advice and access to a NHS nurse. CODES: FF, AH

Steps to Hope

Monday: 6pm-8pm Monday Munchies; Sunday: 4pm-7pm Sunday Supper; Steps to Hope SCIO is a non-profit charity dedicated to caring for the homeless and those suffering with addiction. We operate Hope House - a 10 bedroom residential recovery programme which is peer led. This Educational activity programme focuses on the 12 Steps which brings about change within those who desire a clean and sober life. Also runs two soup kitchens per week at St Cuthbert's.
