Bench Outreach

C4WS Homeless Project Night Shelter

06 November to 02 April
Monday-Sunday: 7:30pm-8:45am; Rolling winter night shelter. Bed spaces for 16 guests, with separate sleeping areas for men and women. Referrals from Camden agencies with whom C4WS have a Service Level Agreement including London Jesus Centre and the Irish Centre - no self-referral. CODES: AH, BA, CA, ET, FF, OL, LF

Finsbury Park Mosque

Thursday: 6pm-8pm (soup run - 7pm–9pm in summer); Community centre that works with everyone to promote dialogue and understanding in our multicultural society. CODES: C, ET, LA, LF

Haringey Recovery Service

Monday-Friday: 9:30am-5pm; Works with individuals in recovery from drug & alcohol misuse. Holistic approach, with continued support, equipping people with the skill for self-development. CODES: AD, A, AC, BA, CA, C, DA, DW, ET, IT, LF, MD, OL, OW, SH, TS, LA, EO, SF

Iraqi Community Association

Monday-Friday: 10am-5:30pm (Thursday phone only); Advice & info for Iraqi & Arab communities. Support & guidance for young people. Day centre for older people. Cultural & social activities. CODES: AH, BA, MS, LA, LF

Webber Street (London City Mission)

Monday-Wednesday: 9am-12pm; Saturday: 9am-12pm; List for showers taken on Monday (1 shower per week per male guest). Short Bible talk each morning - prayer and other spiritual help offered. Closed first Wednesday of each month. Not step-free. CODES: MH, BS, CL, F, MS, OL, LF

Glasgow City Mission

Monday-Friday: 10am-8pm Breakfast, lunch & dinner - see times for meals.; Open Monday – Friday Drop In: 10am – 4:30pm, 6 – 7:30pm Lunch: 1 – 3pm, Dinner: 6 – 7:30pm. Our Urban café is open for music lessons and college classes. We are also working with some guests to get them into employment. Monday-Sunday: 12am-12am (open 24 hours); Drop-in, needle exchange, advice and assessment. Accommodation and support for people with addiction issues. 24-hour advice, support and assessment. Turning Point Scotland (Alcohol & Drug recovery)

Monday-Sunday: 12am-12am (24 hour needle exchange & accommodation); Needle exchange & temp accommodation. 24 hour service for homeless people in crisis because of mental health, drugs or alcohol. A 12-bed residential unit provides a safe environment to withdraw from a chaotic lifestyle. Average stay is 28–36 days. CODES: A, C, DW, LF, MS, NE, SF, AD, AH, FC

Turning Point Scotland (North East Recovery Hub Edinburgh)

Monday & Friday: 9:15am-4:45pm; Wednesday: 11am-4:45pm; Tuesday & Thursday: 9:15am-7:45pm; Drop in open, but with limited service. Drop in to arrange further 1-to-1 support. Needle Exchange Mon – Fri at the times stated above. Range of addiction and recovery services open to men and women aged 16 and over who are aware they have a substance misuse problem and would like to start their recovery journey.
