If you are homeless you can visit our drop-in day centre. You can have a shower, hot food, use the phone, computer or WIFI, do your laundry or check your post. Our staff can support you to find a place to stay and access our other services if you need them. We have a women-only space called The Sanctuary.

We provide safety, food, warmth, clothing, laundry, showers, housing support and someone to talk to.

As well as hot food and a warm place to sit, we can offer advocacy and advice on different areas that people in need suffering homelessness or poverty may be experiencing. General health care; chronic disease management; hepatitis and HIV screening; vaccination; free condoms; referral (counselling, alcohol worker, mental health services, drug worker); information on dentistry and podiatry services; alcohol and drug advice and treatment; cervical screening; blood tests; benefits and housing advice; assistance to homeless patients in UCH; on call services at nights and weekends.

Paddington Day Centre: City of Westminster College, Paddington Green, W2 1NB Pimlico Day Centre: Pimlico Academy, 36 Lupus Street, SW1V 3AT Stratford Day Centre: School 21, Pitchford Street, Stratford, E15 4RZ From Wednesday 24 December – Sunday 28 December 2025, Crisis is running its annual Crisis at Christmas day centres. Each centre provides: Hot meals and snacks; shower facilities; toiletries; advice, information and support; free international phone calls; healthcare, podiatry and opticians; a salon service offering haircuts, hair styling, beard trims and nail care; computer access, printing and support to get online; creative sessions.

The skylight service works with single adults experiencing rough sleeping in Brent and the adjoining boroughs to help them rebuild their lives and leave homelessness behind for good. We can help with: finding a home and settling in; finding work and applying for jobs; looking after your health and wellbeing. How we can help depends on your situation and needs. Crisis is not an emergency service and we do not have direct access to accommodation.

No self-referral. We are a Night Shelter running through the winter months to provide a warm, safe place for people who find themselves homeless.

Daytime casework (housing, benefits, health) and advocacy all year. Glass Door runs London’s largest emergency winter night shelter, providing men and women a safe, warm place to sleepfrom November to April. Individuals affected by homelessness also access advice, food, showers and laundry facilities year-round from drop-in day centres that work in partnership with the charity.

Day centre open year-round excluding public holidays. For those experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Service includes: hot breakfast, lunch, access to showers, laundry, casework, health support and wellbeing activities. From the end of October until end of March each year Greenwich Homeless Project (GHP) runs a night shelter, 7pm – 8.30am.
