If you are homeless you can visit our drop-in day centre. You can have a shower, hot food, use the phone, computer or WIFI, do your laundry or check your post. Our staff can support you to find a place to stay and access our other services if you need them. We have a women-only space called The Sanctuary.

We provide safety, food, warmth, clothing, laundry, showers, housing support and someone to talk to.

ll the services provided by Acton Homeless Concern are free. As well as hot food and a warm place to sit, we can offer advocacy and advice on different areas that people in need suffering homelessness or poverty may be experiencing. Free and confidential service for young people and adults who live or are registered with a GP in Hillingdon and want to deal with their alcohol or drug difficulties, and associated emotional or mental health issues. Assessment and tailored recovery plans, detox, specialist treatment, advice and info, one-to-one and group therapy, peer support, men's and women's groups, evening and weekend social drop-in and activities etc. Self refer by phone or ask your key worker to help you.

Social drop-in service for refugees, asylum seekers and other migrants. Hot meal, games, books, ESOL conversation classes and other activities.

Advice and assistance for Moroccan and Arabic-speaking women and their families on benefits, housing, homelessness, domestic violence, health and mental health. For mental health support in Arabic, please book in advance. Outreach support to the elderly. ESOL classes with free creche for women returners. Some projects are borough-restricted, so contact them for more information.

Access to our service is on a drop-in basis, with casework offered by appointment. Change of clothes available, and 'care packages' for rough sleepers with toiletries & sleeping bag. We have an immigration solicitor visit our day centre once a month. Enable Drug and Alcohol Service drop in to have a chat about substance misuse, and sometimes run men's groups, discuss mental health and tools to manage emotions. SHE (Support, Help, Empowerment) is a weekly drop-in session offering advice to homeless and vulnerable women in a safe, female-only space.

Each centre provides: Hot meals and snacks; shower facilities; toiletries; advice, information and support; free international phone calls; healthcare, podiatry and opticians; a salon service offering haircuts, hair styling, beard trims and nail care; computer access, printing and support to get online; creative sessions.

The skylight service works with single adults experiencing rough sleeping in Brent and the adjoining boroughs to help them rebuild their lives and leave homelessness behind for good. We can help with: finding a home and settling in; finding work and applying for jobs; looking after your health and wellbeing. How we can help depends on your situation and needs. Crisis is not an emergency service and we do not have direct access to accommodation.

Work with homeless people and people with substance abuse issues. Help with hospital visits and bereavement, and support with detox. Their Christian mission is to touch and change lives one at a time.
