Peer Advocates with personal experience of homelessness support homeless people to access healthcare. Peer advocates support clients with health/mental health appointments and with getting support from community mental health teams, social services, therapy-based services etc. Also support clients with a dual diagnosis of mental health and drug & alcohol issues.

Works with individuals in recovery from drug & alcohol misuse. Holistic approach, with continued support, equipping people with the skill for self-development.

A welcoming, open-access service for people experiencing difficulty with, or affected by, alcohol use issues. This includes provision of the Family Alcohol Service (FAS), delivered in partnership with the NSPCC, and the affected others service, Some Space (SS).

A free, confidential service which offers one-to-one counselling, advice and information for drug and alcohol issues to young people in Islington up to the age of 21. A unique, free and confidential substance misuse service in Greenwich. They work with those using cannabis; cocaine and party drugs; new psychoactive substances (NPS, formerly 'legal highs') and party drugs; steroids; alcohol (non-dependent); and 'chemsex'. Reset Outreach and Referral Service offers linkage to substance misuse treatment, training and education about drugs and overdose and a harm reduction programme which provides one on one advice and supplies to people who use various substances, from opioids to performance enhancing drugs (steroids) to hormones. Supports individuals and families to help them tackle long-term homelessness problems including addictions, debt, lack of furniture, unemployment and social isolation.

We are also working with some guests to get them into employment. Our counselling service is operating in Crimea Street and some activities continue online. Nursery open.

GPs, nurses and office staff also run clinics at some hostels. Appointments not necessary. Also support people who have hospital appointments and want someone to go with them. An addiction and mental health team is based here.
