The Pavement needs you!

We need some volunteers from among our readers, so get involved

So what do you think homeless people need to know about the issues that affect their lives? And do you think it’s about time society listened more to what homeless people had to say? Do you reckon The Pavement needs to be doing more to represent you? And if so, how should it be doing it?

The Pavement is currently looking for volunteers with direct experience of homelessness to get involved in its Readers' Panel. Panel members will be invited to four meetings each year, and asked to take part in regular surveys, which can be filled out online, over the phone or face-to-face.

We’ll give you lots of support to help you to influence what we cover and how we do it. And there might also be an opportunity to get involved in training and other events.
