Marching to make a difference

Vote with your feet...

Fed up of how homeless people are treated? Time to vote with your feet. Protests against the treatment of homeless people are to held around the UK, USA and Canada on 15 April.

The idea for the march came from Dublin resident Darren Bradley, who wanted to see a worldwide protest to raise awareness of homelessness, and try to force governments to take action.

So far, marches are planned in Norwich, Newcastle, Leeds, London, Huddersfield, Manchester, Hull, Brighton, Glasgow, Ireland, Canada and the US.

In Glasgow, the meeting point is Glasgow City Chambers at 2pm. In London, a march will start at Whitehall at 6pm.
