St Patrick\'s closing for refurbishment

The Catholic church in Soho Square will not close for refurbishment until a site for its homeless services has been found St Patrick's, the Catholic church in Soho Square that has a soup kitchen and runs a homeless film night, will close for a refurbishment before the end of year, but not before a relocation for the homeless services has been found. "The church will be closed by year-end but we do not yet know when this will happen exactly,"a spokeswoman for the church said. "This, however, will not impact the homeless services as they are tried to be relocated as soon as possible, certainly before the church is closed." More details about the relocation will be given to The Pavement in a month time or so, the spokeswoman added.
